Easter Bunny Campaign Grand Prize Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Green Cross Health, 602 Great South Road, Building B, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051.
3. The promotion commences Tuesday 26 March 2024 and closes Monday 1 April 2024 at 11.59pm (Promotional Period).

To be eligible to enter, entrants must:

• Be a resident of New Zealand.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Be a retail customer and make a qualifying purchase between 26 March – 1 April 2024
• Be a member of the Living Rewards program prior to entry and have a valid phone number and email address associated with their Living Rewards membership during the promotional period.

4. Retailers participating in this promotion are Life Pharmacy outlets located in New Zealand (Retailer).
5. To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period, participate in the Easter Bunny Campaign and reveal an offer, make a Qualifying Purchase at any Retailer and swipe their Living Rewards card, or give contact details at the time of purchase.
6. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry per person per day.
7. There is one prize to be won. The prize includes a House of Travel travel voucher valid at $5000.
8. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Living Rewards database. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter takes no responsibility for any failure of any entry to be entered into the promotion due to, without limitation, technical malfunction or human error. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries.
9. Should an entrant’s personal information change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Living Rewards by signing in to livingrewards.co.nz and following the steps to update their details, or by visiting a Unichem or Life Pharmacy store and speaking to a staff member, or by contacting 0800 762 672 or hello@livingrewards.co.nz.
10. The choice of travel and any requirements of the travel chosen are the responsibility of the entrant and the Promotor will not be held responsible if the entrant is not able to travel if plans are cancelled or altered.
11. The prize draw will take place on Friday 5 April 2024 at Green Cross Health, 602 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1051, New Zealand at 12 noon and will be drawn via a random electronic draw.
12. The winner will be notified by phone and email following the draw (within 3 working days of the draw) and will have their name announced on the Promoter’s website lifepharmacy.co.nz on a page link from Monday 8 April. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, the winner will forfeit any right to the prize.
13. The Promoter will conduct a further draw, if necessary, on the 19 April 2024 in order to award the prize if it remains unclaimed by the 12 April 2024. If such a draw is required, the draw will take place at the same place and time as the original draw. If the second winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, the winner will forfeit any right to the prize, and the Promoter will cancel the prize and not conduct any further draws.
14. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) to the equal value.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of New Zealand residency. Proof of identification and residency suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the winner entrant cannot provide suitable proof, the winning entrant will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or of directors, management and employees of Green Cross Health are not eligible to enter.
20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, for example because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
21. The Promoter may collect and hold personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this promotion and for future promotional purposes. For the purposes of notifying the winner and facilitating redemption of the prize, the Promoter may pass the winner’s personal details to its agencies and other associated organisations. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from entering the promotion or being able to receive a prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter. Entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information held about them by the Promoter and may do so by sending an email to ecommerce@gxh.co.nz
22. Easter offers are available at Life Pharmacy and exclusive to Living Rewards members. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one offer per person per day. Offers are valid from Tuesday 26 March – Monday 1 April. Points offers are not available in conjunction with any other points offer, and discount offers are not available in conjunction with any other discount offer. Range may vary by store, while stocks last. Offers only available for purchases $1000 or less.
