Flu vaccines are free for those people who are most likely to get very sick, and anyone over 6 months can have a flu vaccine.

Living Rewards members receive 10 Living Rewards points when they receive a flu vaccination. Plus for a limited time you will also receive a Lipo-Sachet Vitamin D Sample Pack* when you get your flu vaccination. *One sample pack per person or while stocks last.

In 2023, flu vaccinations are free for:

• • children aged 6 months to 12 years old
  • pregnant people
  • Māori and Pacific people over 55
  • people aged 65 and over
  • people with underlying health conditions including heart disease, cancer, diabetes and serious asthma
  • people with significant mental illness such as schizophrenia or those currently accessing mental health services.
