Delivery timeframes are from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed before being picked up by the courier. Once the order has left our premises, we have no control over the delivery time.
*Please note, due to the Covid 19 Pandemic and its associated restrictions there are significant delays in INTERNATIONAL shipping. Please read the delivery timeframe guides above.
If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
All our orders are shipped to you through the NZ Couriers network. Our team prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. If there are any significant delays they will contact you by email.
Once your order is shipped please allow the standard Courier shipping times as per the guideline table above.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. For information regarding your shipment once dispatched please contact the courier directly using the information found in your tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your tracking number for it to register with the courier before making an enquiry.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to post office boxes at this time. A signature is required on delivery for New Zealand orders, unless you specify otherwise in the delivery notes field during checkout.
If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the date of dispatch of that order for deliveries within New Zealand, and within four weeks for all international deliveries.
We will do our best to recover your missing parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider, however we cannot guarantee delivery unless you select a tracked delivery option.
Some products available on our website are considered Dangerous Goods or include ingredients that are banned by international governments. Any products falling into these categories are unable to be delivered outside of New Zealand. Examples of these products include and are not limited to: aerosols such as hairspray and deodorant, nail polish, nail polish remover, perfumes, vitamins, supplements, minerals and pharmacy only products.
Please note that all international parcels will include details of included products on the parcel label as per New Zealand Customs requirements. International deliveries are limited to certain products and categories as detailed above. Delivery is available to the following countries at this time:

Life Pharmacy will not accept any liability or compensate for any loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels stopped at customs. If a parcel is held at customs and subject to any inspection fees, we will not be liable for the cost of these fees.
If for any reason your international delivery is not accepted and returned to us by customs, we will refund your order (not including any delivery costs). The refund will only be made once the parcel has been returned to us.
Life Pharmacy Online is committed to providing quality products to our customers. We are happy to accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return (excluded products are detailed below).
Unfortunately, we can only complete a ‘return’ for a product that was purchased via lifepharmacy.co.nz. If you have purchased a product from a pharmacy or another online site, please contact the store or site directly.
Please email us at email@example.com with the following details: Order number, Product you are wanting to return, reason for return request. Please allow 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on the weekend for a reply from our customer service team.
We will then be in touch to ensure the request meets our returns requirements and arrange the details with you. Alternatively if you can call us on 0800 753 423 Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm to discuss your return. If we are not able to answer your call please leave a detailed message and we will call you back.
To help us provide better products, product information and service moving forward we appreciate a brief explanation relating to the reason for the return. We will then ask you to suitably package the product for safe transit and return it to us, to the online order fulfilment centre. We will discuss sending a replacement product or refunding the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Life Pharmacy will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
Items of a personal nature, vitamins, medicines, underwear and opened items, or items sold on mark down or clearance, cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is faulty, expired or has caused an allergic reaction. Products which are considered Dangerous Goods, including but not limited to perfume products, aerosols, nail polish and nail polish remover cannot be sent via courier unless explicitly declared to the courier as Dangerous Goods.
This returns policy only relates to general medicine available and purchased from this site and does not apply to restricted medicines or prescription medicines purchased or dispensed from our physical pharmacies.
If you purchased the item from one of our pharmacies, please talk to the store directly, as in-store returns policy may vary.
