1. Brush your teeth. Remove cap and rotate the pen at base to dispense the gel.
2. Brush a thin layer of whitening gel directly onto the front surfaces of the teeth.
3. Hold a wide smile and keep lips away from teeth during treatment.
4. Let the gel dry for 10 minutes then rinse mouth.
5. Refrain from eating or drinking for 30 minutes after application.
