SleepTake 1 dose (5 drops) under the tongue 30 minutes before bed and another dose when switching off the lights.

You can continue to give 1 dose every 30 minutes if necessary, up to a maximum of 4 doses per night. Drops can be repeated during the night to help the child go back to sleep.
