Silica – colloidal anhydrous 450 mg (Equivalent to Silicon 210 mg)
Biotin 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 75 mg (Equivalent to Zinc 24 mg)
Selenomethionine 250 µg (Equivalent to Selenium 100µg)
