A complete nasal-irrigation kit featuring a sleek 8 oz (240 mL) squeeze bottle with custom black cap and tube plus 50 premixed packets of USP-grade sodium chloride/sodium bicarbonate blended with xylitol. The formula is pH-balanced, isotonic, preservative- and iodine-free, and designed for gentle nasal rinsing without burning or stinging. Ideal for relief of sinus pressure, nasal congestion, dryness, allergies, post-nasal drip and other nasal irritation. The added xylitol—a natural sugar with antibacterial properties—helps support nasal health where standard saline might be insufficient.

Wash Hands Thoroughly:
Always wash your hands before preparing the rinse.
Prepare the Solution:
Fill the NeilMed bottle with distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water up to the indicated line (240 mL / 8 oz).
Add one NeilMed Xylitol packet to the bottle.
Tighten the cap and tube securely, place your finger over the cap hole, and shake gently to dissolve the mixture.
Rinse Your Nasal Passages:
Lean forward over a sink and keep your mouth open.
Insert the bottle tip gently into one nostril.
Squeezz the bottle gently until the solution starts draining from the opposite nostril.
Use about half the bottle per nostril.
Repeat on the Other Side:
Refill or use the remaining solution for the other nostril.
Breathe normally through your mouth during rinsing.
After Rinsing:
Gently blow your nose to clear excess solution.
Wash the bottle, cap, and tube thoroughly with soap and water.
Allow all parts to air dry completely.
