ICE Roll-on is designed to provide targeted, cooling relief to help relax cramped, fatigued and aching muscles through the benefit of massage.

Massage onto required area. On first application apply sparingly as people may experience cooling differently. If stronger effect is desired, reapply as necessary. Use as required. Replace cap after use.
