Moisture RecoveryShampoo your hair with a Joico Moisture Recovery Shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Apply a small amount of the conditioner to your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Distribute the conditioner evenly through your hair using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. Leave the conditioner on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water. For best results, use the conditioner 2-3 times a week.
