Apply generously (about half a teaspoon) to your face and neck as the final step in your skincare routine, after moisturisers. Use every day in the am at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and more often after swimming, excessive perspiration or towelling. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear suitable protective clothing.
