Royal Jelly is a rich source of highly concentrated nutrients including B vitamins, complete proteins, lipids, enzymes, and carbohydrates. It is produced by the worker bees and fed to bee larvae for the first 3 days, for their initial growth and strength, and the Queen Bee for the duration of her life. Royal Jelly is considered essential for the stamina, immunity, and lifespan of the Queen bee. Queen bees can live up to 5 years, whereas a worker bee’s lifespan is approximately 40 days. Good Health Royal Jelly contains 12mg 10-HDA, the most studied active ingredient, responsible for its immune supporting properties.
