Shake bottle well before use.
Use the measuring cap provided.

Adults:
10 mL twice daily approx.
30 min. before morning and evening meals.

Children 6 - 12 years:
Max. 5 mL three times daily.

Children 3 - 5 years:
Max. 5 mL twice daily.

Not suitable for infants under
12 months old.

Ingredients:
Each 10 mL contains: Iron (as ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 7.5 mg; Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 0.8 mg;
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.86 mg;
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 0.4 mg;
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.6 mcg; Wheat germ extract (Triticum aestivum seed germ) equiv. dry germ 26 mg; Yeast extract
(yeast autolysate) 11 mg; Aqueous herbal infusion from: 5.9 g;
Carrot (Daucus carota);
Roselle (Hibiscus
sabdariffa) sepal;
Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) leaf;
Nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf;

Also contain fruit juice concentrates (pear; grape; black currant; orange;
cherry; blackberry; beetroot and rosehip); water; honey; ascorbic acid; orange
flavour; maltodextrin; sodium citrate dihydrate; citric acid.
