Shake bottle well before use.
Use the measuring cap provided.

Adults:
10 mL twice daily approx.
30 minutes before morning and evening meals.

Children 6 - 12 years:
Max. 5 mL three times daily.

Children 3 - 5 years:
Max. 5 mL twice daily.

Not suitable for infants under 12 months old.

Ingredients:
Each 5 mL contains:
Iron (as ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 4.8 mg; Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 0.43 mg;
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.43 mg; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 0.43 mg; Vitamin B12
(cyanocobalamin) 0.43 mg; Aqueous herbal infusion from: 3.8 g; Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) sepal; Camomile (Matricaria recutita) flower; Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) leaf; Also contain fruit juice concentrates (grape; pear; cherry; black currant; rosehip; blackberry and carrot); water; ascorbic acid; maltodextrin; sodium citrate dihydrate and citric acid.
