It can also be used to cleanse nasal cavities before using medicated sprays. FLO Nasal Mist is especially effective for those who are unable to use a sinus wash but still need a thorough cleanse. Suitable For: Suitable for use by adults and children over 3 years of age. May be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

FLO Nasal Mist is a preservative-free nasal saline mist.

Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and angle it so that it aims towards the bottom of the ear lobe on the same side of the head.

Depress the touch button with your index finger and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose.

Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose to clear excess fluid and mucus. Repeat for the other nostril.

After use, wash nozzle and dry with a clean tissue and replace outer cap.
