Adults and children over 13 years: 1 capsule 1 – 3 times daily.
Children 9 to 13 years: 1 capsule 1 – 2 times daily.
Children 4 to 8 years: 1 capsule daily.
For young children the contents of the capsules can be mixed with water or juice.

Suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Vitamin C is generally well tolerated at the recommended levels.

Each gelatin capsule contains:
Calcium ascorbate threonate complex (equiv. Calcium 55mg) 550mg;
Citrus bioflavonoid complex (standardised to 7mg Hesperidin) 20mg;
Rutin 20mg

Also contains: Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
