Yes, these products are sold by Life Pharmacy and shipped to you from third-party suppliers. We've worked with trusted brands.

Can I earn Living Rewards Points on Supplier Direct Products?
You'll still earn Living Rewards points and can redeem these on items in our standard Life Pharmacy catalogue. Points will be added restrospectively to your Living Rewards account 7-10 days post purchase.

Can I purchase these in-store at Life Pharmacy?
No, you can only purchase Supplier Direct products online and derlivery-only. Click and Collect is excluded.

Can I return in store?
Returns for supplier direct products cannot be processed in-store. For change of mind returns, you'll need to follow the online returns process provided in your order confirmation.

Can I purchase a Supplier Direct product and a standard Life Pharmacy product in the same order?
No, Supplier Direct products must be purchased own their own. Orders will be cancelled otherwise.
