Apply generously to skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, or more often when exercising, swimming or toweling.

Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun. Always wear a hat, protective clothing and sunglasses. For external use only. Keep out of eyes. Avoid contact with fabrics. Do not use on broken or damaged skin.
