To login here at lifepharmacy.co.nz you use the same email address and password that you use to login on livingrewards.co.nz. Your account details including Living Rewards points balance and any vouchers available to you are shared across the two sites.

We’ve recently upgraded the system behind our website, and are only able to display your online order history from this point onwards.

To view your recent online order history, sign in at the top right of the site (on desktop computers) then click on your email address also at the top right, to select 'Order History'. 

If you need details of what you have ordered in the past, please contact us and we will do our best to provide this information for you.

Unfortunately we are unable to create a Life Pharmacy online shopping account for mailing or delivery addresses outside of New Zealand and Australia. If you are shopping internationally, you can still shop as a guest, however you will need to re-enter your address details on every visit to the site.

We use a secure hosted payment page solution from Paymark to process online orders. Paymark's world class payments platform is the result of 25 years experience in processing payments and cardholder data is protected by secure, PCI3.1 compliant token technology. Online eftpos is a payment method available to customers banking with ASB or The Co-operative Bank (with more banks coming soon) who use the bank's mobile app. 

On the payment page of checkout, simply choose 'Online Eftpos' then select which of the two available banks you bank with. Enter your mobile phone number and a request will be sent to the banking app for you to approve the transaction from there.

You need to open the app on your phone, go to the notifications area of the app and approve the transaction within 4 minutes of submitting the request. If you don't do this within 4 minutes the transaction will fail and you will need to select an alternative payment method.

If you see the message "You have denied location request. Please enable to help us improve accuracy of your search results" you can use the following instructions to enable it. 
Doing this will allow your browser to ask for your permission to let the website use your location.


Instructions for Chrome

1. In Chrome click the GPS icon  in your address bar.
2. This will open a dialog where you can click "Clear these settings for future visits".
3. Refresh the page and a small dialog will appear asking you to allow the site to know your location.
   

Instructions for Internet Explorer 11

1. In Internet Explorer click the cog icon  in the top right hand corner.
2. Select "Internet options".
3. In the dialog that opens click the "Privacy" tab.
4. Click the "Clear Sites" button in the "Location" section. 
   (Please be aware this will clear all sites you have previously denied access to using your location).
5. Click "Ok".
6. When you refresh your page you should be asked if you want to allow the website to track your location.

Instructions for Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.

1. Click the Start button on your computer.
2. Click settings.
3. Go to "Privacy".
4. Click "Location" on the left hand menu.
5. Scroll down to the "Choose apps that can use your location" section.
6. Select "On" for Microsoft Edge.
7. Refresh the page and it should ask your permission to use your location again.
