- Only New Zealand residents are eligible to enter the promotion and prizes will only be delivered within New Zealand.
- Green Cross Health reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the promotion and/or the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Comments or opinions expressed by Green Cross Health do not necessarily represent the views of any of the promotion's sponsoring brands. Sponsor brands are not responsible for, and disclaim any and all liability for the content of this promotion.
- To be eligible to enter a promotion the entry mechanics, as stated on the promotion advertised on Life Pharmacy's Facebook page, must be adhered to within the timeframe specified. The prizes, times and timeframes will vary for each prize draw. No bulk, third party or consumer group entries will be accepted.
- Green Cross Health reserves the right to delete any entries that it deems as inappropriate, offensive or negative.
- The winner of each prize draw will be announced publicly on Life Pharmacy's Facebook page no later than 5 days after the promotion closes. By entering the promotion, the entrant agrees that their Facebook profile may be used if they are a prize winner.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives, in whole or in part.
- Winners will be randomly selected by Green Cross Health.
- Any personal information collected by Green Cross Health as part of a promotion will be held by Green Cross Health in accordance with the Security and Privacy Policy.
- Green Cross Health may be required by law to disclose any of the information that you provide. Green Cross Health will only make the disclosure if it believes, in good faith, that it is required to do so.
- Any decision of Green Cross Health in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter, its employees, their immediate families and anyone associated with the sponsor brand(s) are ineligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

- Attempts will be made to notify the winners immediately after the prize is drawn via Facebook. If the promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner earlier then 14 days after the prize is drawn, then the prize is forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
- Unless otherwise stated only one prize, consisting of the products represented in the individual post, will be drawn for each competition that is posted.
- Estimated prize values are made by Green Cross Health Ltd based on supplier RRP.
- All product prizes will be unused but may have been opened for photography purposes.
