Subscriptions

Simply visit the Subscriptions section of Lifepharmacy.co.nz and select the product you would like to subscribe to. On the product page, you can select either a ‘One-time purchase’ or a ‘Subscribe’ option. If you select the ‘Subscribe’ option, you can then select your quantity and frequency of delivery. Once you have added to cart and made the first payment – you have created your subscription. You can edit or cancel at any time.

Yes – all items ordered on Subscription include Free Delivery. If you would like to order non-subscription items, you will need to do this as part of a new order and if the total cart value is over $100, then the delivery cost will be free.

Yes – your Subscription order is treated in the same way as all other transactions. You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. When you reach 150 points, you'll get a $10 voucher to spend online or in Pharmacy.

Not in the same transaction unfortunately. If you would like to purchase a non-Subscription items, you will need to do this in a new order.

You can find all information around the status of your Subscriptions in the ‘My Account’ section on lifepharmacy.co.nz, under ‘My Subscriptions’.

You can choose to cancel your Subscription at any time. There is no minimum time period. Simply click on ‘View and edit details’ against the relevant Subscription product name under the ‘My Account’ section on lifepharmacy.co.nz, under ‘My Subscriptions’ and click ‘Cancel Subscription’. You will also receive an email three days prior to your account being charged for each Subscription delivery, which will offer the opportunity to cancel.

Yes - simply click on ‘View and edit details’ against the relevant Subscription product name under the ‘My Account’ section on lifepharmacy.co.nz, under ‘My Subscriptions’. You can edit your details or subscription(s) at any time. You can adjust items and frequency and quantity within the cart, and the next payment in the cycle will reflect the changes made.

If your usual Subscription product is out of stock, we will contact you and discuss an alternative product or estimated delivery time for the usual product, if applicable. You are able to edit or cancel your Subscription at any time via the ‘My Account’ section on lifepharmacy.co.nz, under ‘My Subscriptions’.

Yes, however please note that each Subscription order is treated separately. All Subscription orders and details can be viewed at any time via the ‘My Account’ section on lifepharmacy.co.nz, under ‘My Subscriptions’.

Products on the Subscription model are offered at a fixed rate. The price will not change during your Subscription. All subscription products are offerred with Free Delivery.
