Why isn't my country listed in your checkout?
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to all international destinations. The full list of countries that we can delivery to is available on our Delivery & Returns page.
Why are some items unable to be delivered to my country?
Some products available on our website are considered Dangerous Goods or include ingredients that are banned by international governments. Any products falling into these categories are unable to be delivered outside of New Zealand.
Examples of these products include and are not limited to: aerosols such as hairspray and deodorant, nail polish, nail polish remover, perfumes, vitamins, supplements, minerals and pharmacy only products.
Will I need to pay duty on my order?
All customs and duty fees payable on orders being delivered outside of New Zealand are the responsibility of the customer.
