Yes, when you purchase eligible products online at lifepharmacy.co.nz you will earn Living Rewards points.

The number of points that you can earn by purchasing a product is normally shown on the product details page. However please note that some products (for example gift cards) are not eligible to earn points and points are not issued in conjunction with some promotional offers. For any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Once you have earned 150 points you will receive a $10 Living Rewards Voucher.

Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned.

After joining Living Rewards online or registering your card you can login here on lifepharmacy.co.nz to check your points balance at any time.

You will earn points on most products, however gift cards, gift wrapping and delivery fees are excluded. Additionally, you will not earn points for any products which are paid for with Living Rewards vouchers. When shopping in-store, hearing aids, audiology services, calling cards, mobile top-ups and beauty therapy services are also excluded.

Points are calculated $1 = 1 point for each eligible retail item using Swedish rounding, not on total transaction spend. That means if the price of an eligible item is $19.99, you will earn 20 points, but if the price is $19.49, you will earn 19 points.

Yes, you can now use your Living Rewards voucher to pay for online purchases of eligible items. Just sign in above with your Living Rewards card number or email address, and you will see any vouchers that are available to you during the checkout process.

You will be issued a voucher when you reach a balance of 150 Living Rewards points.

No, you cannot earn and use a single voucher within the same transaction. You also will not earn points for any products which are paid for by vouchers.

Vouchers expire 3 months from the date they are issued.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to all international destinations. The full list of countries that we can delivery to is available on our Delivery & Returns page.

Some products available on our website are considered Dangerous Goods or include ingredients that are banned by international governments. Any products falling into these categories are unable to be delivered outside of New Zealand. Examples of these products include and are not limited to: aerosols such as hairspray and deodorant, nail polish, nail polish remover, perfumes, vitamins, supplements, minerals and pharmacy only products.

All customs and duty fees payable on orders being delivered outside of New Zealand are the responsibility of the customer.

We are happy to accept returns of eligible products provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return. Please call us on 0800 753 423 Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm to arrange your return. Please see our returns policy or contact our customer services team for further information.

Please contact our customer services team who will be able to arrange an exchange provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.

If you purchased an item from a Life Pharmacy store you will need to arrange your return with that branch directly, as their returns policy may vary. Find your local Life Pharmacy contact details here.

Currently the full range of products found in Life Pharmacy stores is not available to purchase online. We are working hard to increase the range you can buy online so please bear with us, and check back again soon. In the meantime you can still shop in-store.

No, we do not currently offer an online prescriptions service.

Products which are classed as "pharmacy only" can be purchased online. These are items which you cannot buy in a supermarket or anywhere other than a pharmacy due to strength or volume of the product. 

Products which are classed as "pharmacist only" cannot be purchased online. These items require pharmacist approval before they can be sold to a customer.

Our target delivery timeframes from the time that your order is dispatched are as follows:

New Zealand

  • 2-3 working days to North Island metro areas
  • 3-4 working days to South Island metro areas and outer islands
  • 3-6 working days for rural areas

Rest of world

  • 6-10 working days

Please note that these timeframes are a guideline only and we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes due to events and circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email to let you know it's on it's way. If you have opted for tracked delivery this email will contain tracking details. If you have not received the email within a few days please contact our customer services team.

We accept the most common credit and debit cards (VISA and Mastercard) as well as Online Eftpos. Online Eftpos allows you to pay from your current account through the banking app on your mobile phone and is currently available to customers of ASB and The Cooperative Bank only. Living Rewards members who have earned vouchers can also use their vouchers to pay for their online order (excluding delivery and gift wrapping charges).

No, unfortunately at this time Life Pharmacy and Unichem gift cards cannot be used to pay for online purchases, they can only be used in-store.

We’ve recently upgraded our website, and while we've done our best to retain existing login details for lifepharmacy.co.nz customers, some may not have been possible to transfer. 

If your login details do not work, firstly check you are entering them correctly.  If they still do not work please re-join here. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

To login here at lifepharmacy.co.nz you now use the same username (your email or Living Rewards card number) and password that you use to login on livingrewards.co.nz. Your account details including Living Rewards points balance and any vouchers available to you are shared across the two sites.

We’ve recently upgraded the system behind our website, and unfortunately your online order history is not available through the new system. 

If you need details of what you have ordered in the past, please contact us and we will do our best to provide this information for you.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to create a Life Pharmacy online shopping account for mailing or delivery addresses outside of New Zealand and Australia. If you are shopping internationally, you can still shop as a guest, however you will need to re-enter your address details on every visit to the site.

We use a secure hosted payment page solution from Paymark to process online orders. Paymark's world class payments platform is the result of 25 years experience in processing payments and cardholder data is protected by secure, PCI3.1 compliant token technology. Online eftpos is a payment method available to customers banking with ASB or The Co-operative Bank (with more banks coming soon) who use the bank's mobile app. 

On the payment page of checkout, simply choose 'Online Eftpos' then select which of the two available banks you bank with. Enter your mobile phone number and a request will be sent to the banking app for you to approve the transaction from there.

You need to open the app on your phone, go to the notifications area of the app and approve the transaction within 4 minutes of submitting the request. If you don't do this within 4 minutes the transaction will fail and you will need to select an alternative payment method.

If you see the message "You have denied location request. Please enable to help us improve accuracy of your search results" you can use the following instructions to enable it. 
Doing this will allow your browser to ask for your permission to let the website use your location.


Instructions for Chrome

  1. In Chrome click the GPS icon  in your address bar.
  2. This will open a dialog where you can click "Clear these settings for future visits".
  3. Refresh the page and a small dialog will appear asking you to allow the site to know your location.


Instructions for Internet Explorer 11

  1. In Internet Explorer click the cog icon  in the top right hand corner.
  2. Select "Internet options".
  3. In the dialog that opens click the "Privacy" tab.
  4. Click the "Clear Sites" button in the "Location" section. 
    (Please be aware this will clear all sites you have previously denied access to using your location).
  5. Click "Ok".
  6. When you refresh your page you should be asked if you want to allow the website to track your location.


Instructions for Microsoft Edge on Windows 10.

  1. Click the Start button on your computer.
  2. Click settings.
  3. Go to "Privacy".
  4. Click "Location" on the left hand menu.
  5. Scroll down to the "Choose apps that can use your location" section.
  6. Select "On" for Microsoft Edge.
  7. Refresh the page and it should ask your permission to use your location again.
