Orders received will be processed within 1 day of receipt, 5 days a week (there is no dispatch on a Saturday or Sunday, this includes online eGift Certificates).
New Zealand Delivery:
NZ deliveries are usually delivered within 48 hours, except orders placed on a Friday. Friday orders will be received on Monday and any orders placed after 4.00pm on a Friday will not be received until the Tuesday.
NZ orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday will be delivered within 48 hours from the following business morning.
Please be aware that at peak times (e.g. Christmas etc.) deliveries may take slightly longer due to the volume of freight moving around New Zealand.
All NZ orders are sent Signature Required Courier Delivery to a residential, business or PO Box address and can be tracked. There is no delivery charge on orders $50 or over. For orders under $50 a $3.99 delivery charge will apply.
If any delivery is lost in transit you are fully covered by Life Pharmacy for replacement of goods or a full refund. For details on damaged items please see our Returns policy.
International Airmail Orders:
All orders will be dispatched by air freight within 48 hours to country of destination (please note that there is no dispatch on Saturday or Sunday). Prices shown below are in New Zealand dollars. PLEASE NOTE: All international orders are processed in $NZ as we do not have a foreign currency processing facility. Our currency converter uses the foreign currency exchange rate on the day the order is processed. Your credit card company may therefore apply foreign exchange fees on the transaction.
