Dosage:
10mg pyrantel base/kg given as a single dose.
Adults (over 71kg), 750mg.
Children 14 to 18 years (56-70kg), 625mg.
Children 11 to 13 years (45-56kg), 500mg.
Children 6 to 10 years (25-45kg), 375mg.
Children 1 to 5 years (10-25kg), 125-250mg.
Children 6 months to 2 years (<12kg), 125mg.
