Important points when purchasing an eGift Certificate

• Recipients can reside anywhere in the world.
• If you want same day delivery of your eGift Certificate and are ordering other products, we suggest ordering your eGift certificate separately so that it can be delivered within 24 hours.
• If you purchase your eGift certificate along with other products, your eGift certificate will be sent to the recipient at the same time your products are shipped.
• You can purchase multiple eGift certificates for one recipient at a time. If you want to purchase eGift certificates for two or more different people, you will need to place separate orders for each recipient.
• You may cancel your eGift certificate up to one hour from the time you ordered it. To cancel your eGift certificate order email us on gifts@beautydirect.co.nz.

Important points when redeeming an eGift Certificate

• eGift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• eGift certificates can only be redeemed at beautydirect.co.nz.
• Up to three eGift Certificates can be redeemed per order.
• If you order exceedes the amount of you eGift certificate, you must pay for the balance of the order by credit card.
• Any unused balance will be placed in your eGift certificate account. You can use the same redemption number for any unused balance
• eGift certificates purchased online do not have an expiration date. If you recieve a promotional eGift certificate this may have an expiration date and this date will be indicated in the promotion.
• When returning products purchased with eGift certificates you will need to follow the standard Return Policy.
